Welcome to Cynderovexa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://cynderovexa.pro and all related services, content, and communications (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Cynderovexa ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a communication skills consulting organization registered in Portugal.
Important: By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Account Accuracy
When registering for our Services or providing information through forms, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
2.3 Prohibited Users
You may not use our Services if you:
- Have been previously suspended or removed from our Services
- Are prohibited by law from receiving our Services
- Are located in a country subject to embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
3. Services Description
3.1 Professional Consulting Services
Cynderovexa provides professional communication skills consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Interview preparation coaching
- Public speaking and oratory training
- Presentation skills development
- Non-verbal communication coaching
- Professional networking strategies
- Communication skills assessment and personalized development programs
3.2 Service Formats
Services may be delivered through:
- In-person consultations at our Coimbra office
- Virtual sessions via video conferencing platforms
- Hybrid formats combining in-person and virtual elements
- Group workshops and training sessions
- Written materials, resources, and digital content
3.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.
4. Booking and Scheduling
4.1 Consultation Booking
To book a consultation session:
- Complete the consultation request form on our website or contact us directly
- Receive confirmation of available time slots
- Confirm your preferred appointment time
- Receive booking confirmation with session details
4.2 Scheduling Policies
- Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance
- Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed in writing (email)
- Availability: Services are subject to consultant availability
- Time Zones: All times are referenced in Western European Time (WET/WEST)
4.3 Rescheduling
You may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice by contacting us at [email protected] or calling +2203358917. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4.4 Cancellation by Client
- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or credit toward future services
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% fee will be charged
- No-show: Full session fee will be charged
4.5 Cancellation by Cynderovexa
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to consultant illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer alternative appointment times
- Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not acceptable
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Current service pricing:
- Interview Preparation: From €150 per session
- Public Speaking Coaching: From €180 per session
- Presentation Skills: From €200 per session
- Complete Communication Package: €1,600 (10 sessions, 20% savings)
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing clients. New pricing does not apply to pre-paid packages.
5.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods
- All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
- Package programs require full payment upfront or approved payment plan
5.3 Late Payment
Failure to pay on time may result in:
- Suspension of scheduled services until payment is received
- Late fees of 5% per month on outstanding balances
- Collection activities for significantly overdue accounts
- Termination of service agreement
5.4 Currency and Taxes
All fees are stated in Euros. Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their financial institutions. Prices include applicable Portuguese VAT (Value Added Tax) where required by law.

7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 Engagement and Participation
To maximize benefit from our Services, clients agree to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Complete any pre-session assignments or preparations
- Participate actively and honestly during sessions
- Practice techniques and strategies between sessions
- Provide feedback about session effectiveness
- Maintain respectful communication with consultants
7.2 Technical Requirements (Virtual Sessions)
For virtual consultations, you are responsible for:
- Reliable internet connection
- Functioning camera and microphone
- Compatible video conferencing software
- Private, quiet space free from interruptions
- Testing technology before scheduled sessions
7.3 Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund if you engage in:
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward consultants or staff
- Discriminatory conduct based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
- Violation of confidentiality agreements
- Any illegal activities
- Disruption of services for others
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Ownership
All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services, including but not limited to:
- Training materials, handouts, and worksheets
- Presentations, slides, and visual aids
- Methodologies, frameworks, and techniques
- Website content, design, and functionality
- Logos, trademarks, and branding elements
- Blog articles and educational content

8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use materials provided during your consultations for personal professional development
- View and download website content for personal, non-commercial use
- Apply learned techniques and strategies in your professional activities
8.3 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Use our materials for commercial training or consulting purposes
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology
- Frame or mirror any portion of our website without authorization
8.4 Client Materials
Any materials you provide to us (resumes, presentation drafts, practice recordings, etc.) remain your property. By sharing these materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of providing Services to you.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Our Commitment
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, including:
- Personal and professional information shared during consultations
- Career goals, challenges, and sensitive professional matters
- Materials and documents you provide
- Session recordings (when authorized)
9.2 Exceptions
We may disclose confidential information when:
- Required by law or legal process
- Necessary to protect our rights or property
- You provide explicit written consent
- Information is already publicly available
- Necessary to prevent imminent harm
9.3 Testimonials and Case Studies
We may request permission to use anonymized success stories or testimonials for marketing purposes. Your explicit written consent will always be obtained before using any identifiable information.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1 Professional Advice Disclaimer
Important Notice: Our Services provide coaching and training in communication skills. We do NOT provide:
- Legal advice or representation
- Medical or psychological therapy
- Career placement or job guarantees
- Guaranteed outcomes in interviews or professional advancement
- Licensing or certification (except where explicitly stated)
10.2 No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide high-quality services that improve communication skills, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:
- Job offers or successful interview outcomes
- Promotions or salary increases
- Speaking engagement bookings
- Specific behavioral or performance changes
Results depend on numerous factors including client effort, practice, individual circumstances, and external variables beyond our control.
10.3 Service "As Is"
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.4 Third-Party Services
We may recommend or facilitate access to third-party resources, tools, or services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services and do not endorse or make representations about them.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cynderovexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Lost opportunities or business
- Loss of data or information
- Costs of substitute services
- Emotional distress or reputational harm
11.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or €500, whichever is greater.
11.3 Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cynderovexa, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any content or information you provide to us
13. Website Use and Restrictions
13.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt website functionality
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

15.2 Termination by Cynderovexa
We may terminate or suspend your access to Services immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms
- You engage in prohibited conduct
- Your account is subject to fraudulent or illegal activity
- Required by law or regulatory authority
- Services are discontinued
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access Services immediately ceases
- Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable
- Provisions that by nature should survive (indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect
- Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute. We will respond within 15 business days and work in good faith toward resolution.
16.2 Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
16.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.4 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Coimbra, Portugal. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
16.5 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cynderovexa regarding Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
17.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
For material changes, we will provide notice via:
- Email notification to registered clients
- Prominent website notice for at least 30 days
17.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17.4 No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
17.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.
17.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Government actions or restrictions
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Labor disputes or strikes
17.7 Notices
Notices to Cynderovexa must be sent to:
Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account or provided during registration.
17.8 Language
These Terms are written in English. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
17.9 Independent Contractors
The relationship between you and Cynderovexa is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
